I am a graduate of Ohio University with Honors in Government. Thereafter, I received my Master’s Degree from Boston University in International Relations. Following that degree, I attended law school at Rutgers University and graduated in 1982. I have worked for a number of years with larger firms. In 2001, I decided to become a solo practitioner and have enjoyed the practice of law in that vein since that time.
I have been practicing law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for over 30 years. I have always strived to make myself accessible to clients on an immediate basis. I believe that it is important to be honest with my prospective clients so that I can attempt to help them in a meaningful manner. If I do not believe that I can be of a positive assistance with a prospective client, I will tell them why I cannot assist them with their legal problem.
I would describe my practice as general in nature. I handle all types of legal matters with the exception of family law and bankruptcy. However, I am able to refer these types of clients to competent attorneys if they have a need for counsel in those two areas of law.
Areas Of Practice
The majority of my practice involves litigation matters before the Court. This area of practice would include contract disputes, collection matters, estate disputes, personal injury matters and real estate issues. I will take the time to explain the entire litigation procedure to the client who is new to this process of law. I want the client to feel comfortable with the legal system and not overwhelmed by the courtroom setting.
I strive to provide legal services to the consumer in a cost-effective and timely manner so as to meet their needs and goals efficiently.
